The Touristic Infrastructure

For the success of any vacation, the touristic program is, probably, the most important segment, but not the only one. If we are talking about a successful vacation, then the confort of the hotel room, the placement of the hotel, the diversity and the originality of the served menus, the quality of the vehicle and of the escorting guide, all these become equally important.

The hotels with which we collaborate are classified by The Romanian Tourism Ministry as 2, 3 or 4 stars hotels. it is good to know that are, example, 2 stars hotels that have all the necessary confort to host the tourists in very good conditions.

All the hotel rooms have bathrooms with vats or showers, television sets, in almost all of the cases with mini bars.

All of the hotels, with some little exceptions, have elevators.

But in Romania is also a network of agrotouristical pensions, under the guardianship of ANTREC (National Association for the Rural, Ecologic and Cultural Tourism) – htpp: antrec.x-net.ro), pensions where you can stay overnight and have your meal. At your demand, we can organize such programs.

Breakfast is organized as snack bar. The menus are generally orientated towards the international cookery, but you will surely taste from the specific Romanian “goods”. You won’t leave us without feeling the taste of our cabbage rolled mincemeat with atole (something quite similar to the Italian “polenta”), of the special mixture mincemeat and then grilled, or of the cheese dumpling (like doughnuts, but with cream and jam). You must be sure that you will try the Romanian traditional drink - plum brandy- or of our special wines, proceeded from different vineyards, famous all over the world (Murfatlar, Jidvei, Dealu Mare etc.).

If you are on a diet and want to spend a special vacation in Romania, you should not hesitate to do so, because Romanian cookery is prepared for such cases.

Generally, dinner is served in the restaurant of the hotel where you stay overnight, excepting the situations when something special is organized in a traditional restaurant or in a peasant household.

Our agency has as partners some companies that are specialized in persons’ touristic transportation, companies that have their own microbuses and sightseeing cars capable of assuring a high degree of comfort (air conditionate, refrigerator / bar, toilet). The drivers are persons with a great experience in tourism.

The escorting guides are certified by the Romanian Tourism Ministry and speakers of some widespread languages (English, French German), as well as some less known languages, as it is, for example, the Dutch language.
